The warning text is not very clear though. Perhaps you can change:Not a bug, just a warning that the file could not be unpacked by Explorer.
into:Explorer:
Pack method not supported, file wget.exe cannot be unpacked.
Warning:
Incompatible pack method, file wget.exe may not unpack with Explorer.
