setting 64=FTP (CTRL+N, CTRL+F) also disables the ability to edit the button bar

Works as it should for me on the following specs:

TC 11.03 64bit.
Windows 10 latest version with all updates.
HW: ASUS PRIME A620M-A CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
