Total Commander (English) • Pictures folder not accessible? (Win11, no admin)

Hi,

Long term TC user here but since recently I have TC on a business laptop (Win 11) and without Admin rights.
Is it normal I can't access the Pictures folder without admin rights on Win11? Clicking it does nothing; can't open it.
